How our content is made, checked and corrected.

Dominate Dental publishes a large library of guides for dental professionals and the patients they serve. This page explains how that content is produced and what to do if we get something wrong.

How content is produced

Topics come from what UK patients and practice teams actually search and ask. Drafts are produced with research and writing tools, including AI assistance, and are reviewed before publication under the direction of Josie Mitchelmore, Managing Director. Every piece passes our GDC and ASA compliance guardrails before it goes live: no clinical outcome promises, no misleading claims, forbidden phrases blocked at source.

What our content is, and is not

Dominate Dental is a marketing agency, not a dental practice. Patient-facing guides on this site are general information, never dental advice, and say so on the page. Clinical decisions belong with a GDC-registered dentist. Business guides reflect our experience growing UK practices since 2012 and are opinions, not financial advice.

Results and claims

Numbers we publish about client results are real, dated where possible, and framed honestly: pipeline value is called pipeline value, and company-reported figures are labelled as such. Where a claim cannot be substantiated, we remove it rather than soften it.

Dates and freshness

Published and updated dates reflect real changes to the content, not cosmetic refreshes. When guidance changes (NHS charges, regulations, platform rules), we update the affected guides and the updated date with them.

Corrections

If you find an error anywhere on this site, factual, clinical or otherwise, email team@dominatedental.com with the page link and the issue. We review every report, correct confirmed errors promptly, and note material corrections on the affected page. Practice owners and dentists flagging clinical inaccuracies are especially welcome.
